Derek Kercher has
been a journeyman baker for 18 years.  He prides himself in producing quality product for his customers.

Theresa Curtiss specializes in the more delicate cakes and pastries.  She's attended the Culinary Institute in Vancouver for cake decorating.  

Both Derek and Theresa are excited about the opportunity to provide the best quality product at affordable prices.
